Roger Dubuis Excalibur Automatic Skeleton (In Carbon)

After a strong performance out of Roger Dubuis last year, it is only fitting that their new watches meet the higher expectations many have set for them. While the designs they employ are very much the same, this year the case material is different from anything created by them before. Carbon, a material we have been seeing more and more of in the watch industry, has now made its way over to the factory of R.D. Last year, the company launched their first non-tourbillon skeleton timepiece. This watch features the same movement (the RD820-SQ), but has a different case. Both watches are 42mm in diameter. Needless to say, although it will be out of the price range of almost all people (the rose gold version last year went for just under $100,000 when it was first released), one can dream.
