With the information I have collected from the surveys, the majority of people want to hear about watches under $2000, so here is the first of many. To start, the MSRP of this watch is 660 EUR, so it will cost (MSRP) around $910. A high price for a Seiko but a good value nonetheless. Although it looks pretty cool, I would never wear this watch just because of the large size. The case is 47.5mm in diameter and it looks pretty thick. There is nothing wrong with the overall design, the dial has plenty of contrast (good for a diver), the movement is feature-packed, the case is water resistant to 200m; basically everything someone could want in a dive watch. In addition, the movement is kinetic, so there will be no need to change batteries, a big plus for a quartz watch. Inside ticks the caliber 5M85, which shows the hours, minutes, seconds, date, second time zone, and although it doesn't display two other special features normally, they are still there. What are these special features?, this kinetic movement has a power reserve of six months but if you want to see how much charge you have left, you can press of a button and one of the hands will jump into place as an indicator. The other feature is that the GMT hand is adjusted with the hour hand (which will jump from hour marker to hour marker). There aren't any official pictures of the other versions available [from Seiko] yet but it will come with either a metal bracelet, rubber strap, PVD case, steel case, or a mix of both. There will also be some different dial color variations, though it is hard to beat the classic design. Although the price is on the high end for a Seiko diver, this watch is packed with so many features it is worth the price, especially since people will be able to find it for less on the gray market. Very good job Seiko!
