Here's Alpina's new chronograph. While seeing another Alpina chronograph isn't exactly surprising, this new watch has Alpina's new in-house movement. That's right. This is Alpina's first in-house chronograph movement. While I won't go into all of the excruciating details in this post, I will in another. This watch is 44mm in diameter, but man is it's case well-designed. The lugs are nicely beveled and the various finishes make this a very attractive watch. A+ in my opinion. The dial is also nicely done. Despite the light color of the dial, there is still a high degree of contrast. The watch also has a soft iron case to protect against magnetism. Nicely done Alpina.
