Yesterday I wrote about the first LE from VC to celebrate the opening of their new Moscow Boutique. Today I am writing about the second, this time from the Patrimony collection. This watch has an undeniable VC vibe. It is simple, clean, and complicated. This watch is equipped with the iconic
Calibre 1120 QP that is often regarded as one of the top perpetual calendar movements. Unlike "cheaper" perpetual calendar (no pc movements are really cheap) movements that require manual correction after each month with less than 31 days, this perpetual calendar takes account of the leap-year cycle with its months of 31, 30 or 28 days, and even February 29th (now this is different from even higher-end movements) until March 2100. Click here for the specs of the movement. The case is 41mm in diameter and made completely out of white gold. Unlike yesterday's watch that had an alligator leather strap paired with a buckle, this watch has a triple-blade folding clasp with the maltese cross (but keeps the alligator leather strap). Once again, this watch is delivered with a pair of cufflinks that match the dial and is a LE of 30 pieces.
