While this watch is named for being a regatta timer, it also has a forged carbon case. Regatta timers are useful for one thing only: sailing races. That being said, the watch is looking good by any account. The case is forged carbon, something most people probably associate with Audemars Piguet. The regatta timer is a 10-minute countdown activated by the pusher at 2 o’clock. The numbers are white on blue background (for the first five minutes of the countdown), with the final five minutes being white on red. The inner rotating bezel can be used to calibrate additional timing functions. Other features are the snailed minute ring which sits below the minute hashes & hour markers. As well as the finely sandblasted inner white dial. At the heart of the watch is a Sellita movement with a Dubois-Depraz 2028 regatta/yacht timer module on top. The strap is rubber with a black PVD buckle. It is a limited edition of 125 pieces.
