Breitling's new Avenger Blackbird is big, yet stylish. Despite it's 48mm case, the watch won't weigh much thanks to it's case, which is made entirely of titanium. The classic design hides a rugged watch underneath. Everything that someone could want in a watch that can survive an adventure through anything is there. It is water resistant to 300m, has sapphire crystal, a big (but ergonomic) case, a high-contrast dial, and COSC certification which assures the wearer of accurate timekeeping. Although Breitling is renowned for their chronometer quartz watches, inside this watch is the automatic Breitling caliber 17, based off of the ETA 2824-2. I am loving every bit of news trickling out of Breitling these days, mainly because of their design team.
