This brand released three new watches, all in the same Clifton collection, which debuted last year. The new watch is an automatic chronograph that comes in three color combos. I will cover them below. Clifton All the new watches have 43mm cases in steel and use the Valijoux 7750 movement with a fancy rotor. The new watches are all gorgeous and unfortunately, somewhat pricey. Chronograph (10123) This version will probably be the most popular. It has a steel case with blued hands and a black alligator strap. I think it is the sharpest and best looking of the three. It is not strictly casual or dressy and I could see this watch work in both situations. Although it would have to be put on a stainless steel bracelet to really work with something casual. Pictures of this watch can be found by clicking here. Chronograph (10129) This watch was clearly made for a suit. With gold accents on the dial and a brown leather strap there is no question in my mind. The size and movement remain the same throughout all the versions. Click here for pictures and other useful information. Chronograph (10130) The last of the three new watches released for SIHH 2014. This version uses the same dial design and colors as the 10129 (above) but is put on a five-link bracelet with two polished links. With dress watch in it's DNA this is going to sell to someone buying it to wear with a suit, not jeans. Pictures can be seen by clicking here. Final Thoughts Although I question price because of the movement used this watch will sell. I think the 10123, with a stainless steel case and blued hands, will sell the best. It will go with what most people are inclined to wear, something casual. I just love the look of these new watches.
