Tuseno is a Swedish watch brand based in Gothenburg (according to their Kickstarter). Their first watch is the "First 42", a classic, attractive watch that changes vastly in design and style with a simple color or strap change. Having this kind of flexibility is one of the few characteristics that indicate a well-done design. There is a mix of finishes on the case and the black dials have a sunray finish that will only present itself when exposed to light. The white dial has dark blue blue chronograph hands which only reveal their color (according to the Kickstarter) when exposed to light. These subtle finishes are what create a good watch. Inside the watch is the Seiko VK64, a "mechaquartz", I believe it's called. Basically, it has all the benefits of a quartz movement (because it is one), but it has a higher amplitude so the second hand sweeps instead of ticks. The lack of date window was a design choice, as they wanted to keep the dial clear from any other complications. You can find their campaign here.
